After a wild ride in a 4x4 we arrived in the Mesr Desert in Iran. Climbing the dunes all day we were sitting in the dunes for sunset. After sunset the light changed and the most incredibly blue hour happened. I made the mistake to leave my tripod and the right lense in the car. Sprinting back to the car and back to the right place to take the picture I just made it back in time minutes before it got dark. The lines and colors in this picture calm me down, whenever i look at it.

The Zoroastrians in Persia exposed their dead to be consumed by vultures in “towers of silence”. This practice continued until a few decades ago, and these hilltop towers may be seen yet. Outside Yazd there are two, popular destinations with bus tours. I took this shot from one of the buildings at the foot of the hill, where the relatives waited for the news. “Blessed tidings! The vulture took your aunt’s right eye first! She is going to Heaven!” Grim and macabre, maybe, but the fact that these are full of tourists - and giggling Iranian schoolgirls - says a lot about us.

We had taken a trip to north of Iran, Namak Abrood. We used the cable car to go up on the hills where it was raining and there was fog every where! Luckily there was no sign of rain or fog the second time we went up there and I could take this photo on my tripod.

Taken on a hazy day in Iran, West Azarbaijan. This view of the lake, made by a dam on a local river in Oroumieh, has been photographed by many, but it was a fresh experience for me. There was a fair bit of haze which helped the intense light of the sun seem diffused.

Well when you see this kind of road and fog and silence you are going nuts and want to take picture but as sometime you are not lucky to capture this beautiful scene with your pro gear because you are forgot to charge your battery and even worse your backup battery the only option is to take your phone out and try your best to take this scene. this road has something which hard to explain it, you have to see it yourself to feel the moment. the silence and weather here was so pure which makes my liver can’t handle that much fresh oxygen there :).

Every human being has desires in his heart; Hopes for survival. Sometimes we can see people looking at a city with great sadness in their hearts, which one day sought all their hopes and aspirations in that city. We must never let anyone lose hope; The hopeless man is a dead man, a moving dead man.
